Originally from Australia, Zali brings a fun, energetic style to the studio with classes that are uplifting, challenging, and just the right amount of spice.

After spending the winter in the BC mountains and recently travelling through South America, she’s making her way to Canmore this summer and can’t wait to meet all your friendly faces and get moving together.

Marwa’s classes are thoughtful, grounded, and beautifully challenging, blending strong technical foundations with fluid movement, breath, and body awareness. Her teaching style is detail-oriented and intentional, while still feeling welcoming and approachable for all levels.

Some of you may already recognize her from the Banff studio, lululemon, or running around town with her dog. With a background in yoga, Pilates, running, and movement education, she brings such a calm confidence to the room and creates classes that leave you feeling strong, connected, and empowered.

BRITTNEY BALCARAN

Brittney brings a lifetime of movement to the reformer, with a background in pre-professional ballet, gymnastics, cheer, and over a decade of yoga practice alongside her mom. She fell in love with Pilates five years ago and hasn’t looked back.

After eight months travelling through Southeast Asia, grounding herself in ocean yoga, cold plunges, and slow mornings in Bali and Thailand, she returned to movement with even more joy and intention. Her classes are dynamic, creative, and upbeat, always with options to build up or dial back, good music, clear cues, and personalized feedback so you feel both supported and challenged.

Originally from Australia, Jess brings a warm, supportive energy to the studio with classes that are both challenging and fun. With a background in yoga, reformer, and mat Pilates, her teaching style focuses on mindful movement, body awareness, and helping clients feel both physically strong and mentally grounded.

Jess is passionate about movement not just for fitness, but for how it can positively impact the way we feel day to day. Her classes are uplifting, intentional, and designed to leave you feeling connected, energized, and supported.

Claire has been teaching Pilates in the Bow Valley since 2022 after returning to the community where she completed her comprehensive teacher training. Her classes are friendly, relaxed, and full of genuine enthusiasm for movement.

Whether you’re getting back into exercise, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to challenge yourself in a supportive environment, Claire creates classes that feel welcoming, approachable, and empowering for everybody.

Chantelle is a certified ERAS Pilates instructor and professional dancer with a strong background in movement, alignment, and body awareness. Her classes are thoughtful, challenging, and approachable, with lots of attention to form, breath, and helping clients feel confident in their movement.

As a Canmore local and dedicated yoga practitioner, she brings such a warm and welcoming energy to the studio and genuinely loves helping people connect with their bodies in new ways.

Keri has called the Bow Valley home for almost six years and brings over 23 years of experience in the fitness industry. With a background in everything from Reformer Pilates and yoga fusion to TRX, mobility, strength training, and running coaching, her classes are knowledgeable, encouraging, and full of energy.

When she’s not teaching, you’ll likely find her out on the trails ultrarunning, hiking, backpacking, snowshoeing, or exploring the mountains with her family. As a proud mom and grandma, she brings such a fun, supportive, and grounded presence to the studio.

Born and raised in Canmore, Shawna Clark is a wife, mother of two, and the owner of Studio 103 Canmore. Passionate about health, movement, and community, she opened the studio to bring a welcoming and elevated reformer Pilates experience to the Bow Valley.

Shawna believes movement should be both challenging and approachable, helping people build strength, confidence, and connection in a supportive environment. Her goal is to create a space where everyone feels comfortable showing up exactly as they are and leaving feeling better than when they arrived.
