Born and raised in Canmore, Shawna is a wife, mother of two, and the owner of Studio 103 Canmore. Passionate about health, movement, and community, she opened the studio to bring a welcoming and elevated reformer Pilates experience to the Bow Valley.
Shawna believes movement should be both challenging and approachable, helping people build strength, confidence, and connection in a supportive environment. Her goal is to create a space where everyone feels comfortable showing up exactly as they are and leaving feeling better than when they arrived.

Jade brings a calm, curious energy to the reformer, the kind of teacher who genuinely geeks out on the body and loves finding creative ways to make movement feel both challenging and fun. With a Cert IV in Reformer and Mat Pilates and a background in clinical neuroscience (yes, really - she completed her qualifications during her PhD in the gut-brain axis), her classes are thoughtful, adaptable, and grounded in a deep understanding of how the body works.
Originally from Australia by way of Indonesia, Jade has been teaching reformer and mat Pilates since 2021. She moved to the Bow Valley in 2024 and instantly fell in love with the mountains and everything that comes with living here. She's thrilled to be part of the Studio 103 community and can't wait to move with you.

After spending the winter in the BC mountains and recently travelling through South America, she’s making her way to Canmore this summer and can’t wait to meet all your friendly faces and get moving together.

With a background in yoga, Pilates, running, and movement education, she brings such a calm confidence to the room and creates classes that leave you feeling strong, connected, and empowered.

Brittney brings a lifetime of movement to the reformer, with a background in pre-professional ballet, gymnastics, cheer, and over a decade of yoga practice alongside her mom. She fell in love with Pilates five years ago and hasn’t looked back.
After eight months travelling through Southeast Asia, grounding herself in ocean yoga, cold plunges, and slow mornings in Bali and Thailand, she returned to movement with even more joy and intention. Her classes are dynamic, creative, and upbeat, always with options to build up or dial back, good music, clear cues, and personalized feedback so you feel both supported and challenged.
